Levels

Levels are the most-used annotation in teaching content, and the most likely to be mislabelled — a line with no name is a line, and a viewer three seconds into a short has no idea why it is there.
The chip
The label is a full text object: typeface, size, weight, colour, an optional background box, padding. Small caps with wide letter-spacing and a dash is the "— RESISTANCE" chip look, and it is one preset away.
Position it at either end, or anywhere along the line.
Touch markers
A level can mark the candles that came back to it. This is derived from the candles, not drawn by hand — regenerate the chart underneath and the touches recount themselves, so a level can never claim a touch that is no longer there.
Consecutive touching candles collapse into one marker, which is what stops a five-candle consolidation on the level from reading as five separate tests.
Controls: the marker shape and size, its colour, and the tolerance band that counts as a touch.
The count is the argument
"This level was tested four times" is a much stronger sentence with four visible markers under it. If you are going to say a number out loud, show it.
Look
Stroke colour, width and dash, plus how far the line extends. A level usually wants to run the full width of the frame — it is a price, not a segment.
Timing
The usual three fields. Levels are commonly the first thing on screen and the last thing off: appearing at candle 0 with the chart, staying to the end.
If a level is the point of the video, consider having it arrive at the moment price first reaches it instead. Arriving with the chart makes it context; arriving on the touch makes it a discovery.
Colour mode
The chip can take its colour from the line, or carry its own. Taking it from the line keeps a chart with six levels legible; overriding it is for the one level the video is about.
