Purchases of paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record (seller). The purchase contract is therefore concluded between you and LemonSqueezy. Your statutory right of withdrawal, as well as refunds and cancellations, are handled through LemonSqueezy; the binding withdrawal information and forms are provided during the checkout process.
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance. The period begins upon conclusion of the contract.
ChartBuilder is digital content/a digital service that is made available immediately after purchase. At checkout you are asked to expressly consent to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§356(5) of the German Civil Code, BGB). Without this consent, the right of withdrawal remains until the end of the period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement is sufficient. You can contact LemonSqueezy (via the invoice/order link in your purchase confirmation) or us at mail@chartbuilder.studio. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
