Note that Space is not play — it belongs to canvas pan, and play is K.

Common problems

"My zoom does nothing"

You are probably watching the Editor pane, which always shows the whole chart by design. Open the Output pane. See zoom shots.

"My element is not in the video"

Check its Appears at column. An element drawn while the playhead was at candle 40 appears at candle 40, not at the start.

If it never appears, check whether its appears-at is past the end of the chart.

"It disappeared from the canvas"

Check the eyes in the Visible list. A hidden kind is hidden on your canvas only; a hidden element is also unclickable. Neither affects the export.

"I clicked it and nothing was selected"

Check the checkbox beside that kind in the Visible list. An unchecked kind passes clicks and the lasso straight through to whatever is underneath — that is layer locking, and it is separate from the eye.

"Changing a field did nothing I can undo"

Panel edits push their own undo step. If something genuinely does not undo, it is a bug — please report it through the in-app feedback widget with what you changed.

"MP4 export is not offered"

Your browser does not support the video encoder at the requested size. Try a recent Chrome, Edge or Safari, or export GIF. See exporting.

"The export is very slow"

Turn glow off, drop to 24 fps, close other tabs, and do not switch away from the tab — browsers throttle background tabs hard.

"I paid and I still have no access"

Reload, then sign out and back in. If it still says no access, contact support with the email you paid with. See billing.

"My project is gone"

Projects live in this browser. They are not on a different machine, not in a different browser, and not in a private window. If site data was cleared, they are gone — this is why exporting a .json matters.

"My imported project has no sound"

Expected. Audio does not travel inside the .json — recordings and uploads live in the browser they were made in.

"The candles are too thin to see"

Too many columns for the frame, especially on 9:16. Use fewer candles, or a camera shot to zoom into the part you are discussing.
